Frequent angler Clint booked a trip recently while his brother was in town. And boy did we really get on the fish that time! It was mid day and we were fly fishing the ditches of Port Aransas, at that!

Natural Channels
After having fished a seemingly vacant lake for a little bit, we poled on back into this creek. To our delight, found that we practically had these Port Aransas redfish corralled. Deep in the back end of this channel in the marsh.
Happy Clams Fly Fishing Aransas Ditches
Both Clint and David were happy as a clam. Two brothers and good ‘ole me. So we spent a couple hours laughing and catching Port Aransas redfish while fly fishing the ditches of Port Aransas Texas!
Near the end of the harvest, we held up the 10th fish for the day and these boys threw up their local “gang signs”. I don’t even know what this particular hand signal is intended to represent but everyone is welcome to be silly, have fun, reconnect with friends and family. That is certainly one of the major aspects of fly fishing!
Whether you prefer to fish solo with a fly fishing guide, or in pairs of any kind, Kenjo Fly Fishing can certainly adapt to your wishes for the day and sometimes they just come true!
